Family-owned since 2016The family behind the logo
Ketron Roofing is Mitch and Clay Ketron. The two brothers in the logo are the two brothers accountable for the experience around your roof.
We think of ourselves as a customer service company that does roofing. You hear back, you know what's happening, and the recommendation has to make sense before it becomes a project.

Ketron can repair, inspect, maintain, or replace. That range gives us room to recommend the smaller answer when it is the responsible one.

The parts of the project homeowners actually worry about
A roof project should solve the roof without creating a second problem around the house. These concerns belong in the plan before the work begins.
Access, material staging, debris movement, exterior finishes, and the life happening below the roof are discussed before the first delivery.
Repair, care, and inspection stay on the table. Replacement has to be supported by the condition—not by the size of the sales opportunity.
Photos, plain explanations, and a clear point of contact keep you oriented when the roof is open and decisions matter.
Mitch and Clay remain the family behind the company and the experience. Closeout and aftercare are part of the work.

The Ketron Standard
The roof is only part of the experience. The way the property is protected, the site is cleaned, and questions are answered matters too.
See how we workWalk the site, identify landscaping and living areas, and plan where materials and debris move.
Crew cleanup, magnetic fastener sweep, then final walkthrough.

Ketron Project Protection
Ketron is listed with Directorii. An eligible signed project can be registered for up to $30,000 in deposit protection. For a larger investment, Full Coverage may be added up to $250,000.
Backup if a registered project is affected by contractor fraud, abandonment, or bankruptcy.
Broader protection for code or manufacturer non-compliance, workmanship, and qualifying material or product defects.
Directorii—not Ketron Roofing—administers the guarantee. Coverage is not automatic. Ketron must be listed when the contract is signed, the homeowner must have a Directorii account, and the project must be registered. Directorii’s written registration confirmation and guarantee agreement control the coverage, limits, timing, and exclusions.

What the experience should feel like
House projects can be intimidating. You should see the progress, understand the answers, and feel comfortable asking every question that comes up.
“Every detail was accounted for. It was about pride in the work—not a sales pitch.”
Photos and video keep you oriented while the work is happening.
Questions get explained in plain language, without making you feel talked down to.
The relationship continues through the last detail and the final conversation.
