When you schedule an appointment, request online roof pricing, call Ketron, or otherwise contact the company, you may provide details such as your name, phone number, email address, property address, appointment preferences, roof information, and the message you choose to send.

Information collected by the website

On the production domain, the site uses the existing Ketron Google Analytics 4 property to understand page visits and important actions such as scheduling, roof-pricing, phone, social, and testimonial interactions. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in the site configuration. Hosting and security providers may also process routine technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested pages, timestamps, and error or security logs.

Scheduling and instant roof estimates

The Schedule page uses Ketron’s Calendly calendar. Get My Instant Estimate is a Ketron-owned web application. The property address is processed with mapping and roof-data providers so the application can attempt an automatic aerial measurement. When the measurement is confident enough, temporary roof data supports rough roofing squares and the short estimate journey. Contact details and consent are then submitted to Ketron to unlock one to three relevant ballpark options. When the roof cannot be measured confidently, the application offers scheduling instead of a price. Scheduling is handled separately through Calendly.
