When you schedule an appointment, request online roof pricing, call Ketron, or otherwise contact the company, you may provide details such as your name, phone number, email address, property address, appointment preferences, roof information, and the message you choose to send.

Information collected by the website

On the production domain, the site uses the existing Ketron Google Analytics 4 property to understand page visits and important actions such as scheduling, roof-pricing, phone, social, and testimonial interactions. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in the site configuration. Hosting and security providers may also process routine technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested pages, timestamps, and error or security logs.

Scheduling and roof measurements

The Schedule page uses Ketron’s Calendly calendar. WebEstimates sends the name, property address, and phone number you enter to Ketron’s server so it can validate the request and measure the roof automatically. The address and resulting coordinates are processed by Google and other configured mapping or roof-data providers to produce the measurement. Ketron saves your contact details with the automatic measurement summary and six planning ranges so the estimate can be identified and followed up. The customer-facing result does not display your contact details. If you continue to scheduling, WebEstimates passes an opaque estimate reference and rough roof size into Ketron’s Calendly tracking fields so the appointment can be connected to the saved estimate. Your name, phone number, and property address are not placed in the scheduling link; you enter the calendar details you choose. Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, business records, warranty or project support, legal requirements, and security. No internet service can promise absolute security, but access and provider choices should be managed in proportion to the information involved.

You can use browser controls to limit cookies, avoid Calendly and WebEstimates, and call instead. Blocking scripts may prevent either service from working.

Children

This residential roofing website is not directed to children, and Ketron does not knowingly use it to collect personal information from children.
